    Which VB Version?

You couldnt get much newer to learning Vb than I am, and I was wondering about the acedemic version of Vb6 pro. Will that version have all the features needed to compile a program?

Standard, Professional and Enterprise have everything you need to create an exe. About learning version I'm not sure
Standard has only basic things that are needed to create a program
Professional version has a little more tools and tutorals then standard and Enterprise is loaded with tutorials, sample files and tools

I used to have VB5 Learning Edition and it was enough to create fully operational .exe, so don't be afraid - use it.
