If I find interesting what I'm doing, then working staright without sleep for copule of days doesn't hurt, I would prefer to have a cup of coffee, smoke a cig, and get back to work.

If I don't find it interesting, then I'll try to finish it as fast as I can (and offcourse for that I need to take keen interest in what I'm doing), so that I can crash.

/ Btw, I'm speaking for myself.

You have a problem, Mr. Jpopop. You think that you're special. You believe that somehow the rules do not apply to you. Obviously, you are mistaken. This company is one of the top software companies in the world because every single employee understands that they are a part of a whole. Thus, if an employee has a problem, the company has a problem.

The time has come to make a choice, Mr. Jpopop. Either you choose to be at your desk on time from this day forth, or you choose to find yourself another job.

    Do I make myself clear?
I hope you know where that is taken from.

I think coffee solves many problems.

Long days at work are one of them.

    Drink lots of coffee.

Anyone else find that coffee doesn't wake them up in the morning or is that just me?

I know people like that, they can have all the coffee in the world & they'll be fine. I know someone who can have a cup of coffee just before bedtime.

well caffeine usually kicks in after an hour or so after drinking. But its a case to case bases, I have a friend that if she drinks coffee, she goes to sleep.

and jpopop have you tried sleeping while your eyes are open?? Its very useful

Caffine does nothing for me at all. I had some coffee this morning at 7am and was falling asleep around 10.30-11am...
