    help in choosing a book

    i just want you to help me to find which book is good for me

    i'm programming in c# so i want a book or books that will teach me the essentials and how to program in ASP.NET using C#.net including all the topics like { database,asp.net syntax } and all the things that is important to a bigginer in asp.net and database programming in .net technology

    I found the MCAD/MCSD training books from Que books to be very good. The authors name is Kalani and they've got a chequered flag on the cover. Hope this helps.

    The Wrox books are great ... get them used on Amazon, for half the price of new; and there still in great shape.
