NT4/Win95, VC++ V6, MS Exchange

I have managed to resend a message that I have built up from an NDR. The message appears to be going out OK and the recipient server is sending back another NDR as is expected.

BUT!

When I select resend on the new NDR the To, CC and Subject fields are blank. Also a message is created in my Inbox which does not go away after the submit. This copy also does not have the To or Cc set.

I have run out of ideas. HELP!
