You're missing one poll option: Hey, what's the difference? Kidding.

Well, I think you did a pretty good job.

I have one question before I vote: Is this a finished project? Or there are still a section of the room that you're working on?

    Oh, I see.
I thought you did something to the bed (like what I see on these Home Make-Over TV Shows. )
Overall, I really like what you and your wife has done. I especially liked the white cabinet (is that the correct word for it?). A real space saver. The paint you used on the walls added life into the room also. Nice.

Your my wifes new best friend --- She chose the paint color... And cabinet is the correct word, you can also use "Built in cupboard"..

Like those shows we are trying to fixup the whole house, on a very limited buget.
So every second month or so its a different room of the house.

    I'd love to redo everything....

First it's onto the spare room then, next month it's our flat.. (a self contained Appartment buit in the back yard)

This house has 7 bedrooms (Including those in the Flats), 4 full bathrooms (2 with a shower, 2 with a bath), 2 Kitchens (the main kitchen is Huge), and 2 TV rooms..

In the yard we have enough parking for about 7 cars, 4 undercover..

But with all this we have no swiming pool, no Grassy yard, and no real privicy...

At current there are 10 people staying here, One big Italian Family.

And guess what.. Because i run a home business, the wife and I are almost always home, we end up doing all the maintanace work...

BTW Hannes.. If you make it worth our while to come down there, Yes, we could help out.. PS.. My daughter stay's near by you, in V-Town, so i'm almost around the corner from you at least once a month...

So thank you all for the kind words...

Re: What else have you done this week.....

    Bump ... ...

So what else have you done this week????

I remembered this thread from way back when.. (duh i'm the OP)..

For the past few weeks (weekends only) i've been working with a mate rebuilding a Honda CB1100F...

Today we eventually got to putting the motor in. This bike was a wreck when we first got it almost a year ago.. Every last bolt, Plate, Mounting & Spacer was removed. We stripped it to bare nothing. Re-shaped the bodywork to give it the proper slimline look needed for a bike with a reputation. Replaced almost every rubber mounting (at least all those that we could source).

Everything was sandblasted, scrubbed, cleaned and Painted or Powder coated. We are taking our time to reassemble this little beauty, every care is been taken to put this together in as close to the original Spec as possible (short of our body modifications). We even take care not to scratch any of the paint work..

I recon we will have a Perfect running bike in a few months. One that will make heads turn with it's beauty.

    Gremmy....

Hope they drive better down there than in the States. I won't get on another bike, after a close brush with death a few years ago.

A lady waited until the last possible moment to make a left turn in front of me. The helmet saved my life.
