Hi,

I make composite control (ATL-COM 3.0) and put in OnInitDialog next code:

CreateWindowEx(WS_EX_LEFT|WS_EX_LTRREADING|WS_EX_RIGHTSCROLLBAR|WS_EX_NOPARENTNOTIFY,
"SysAnimate32", "", WS_CHILD|WS_VISIBLE|ACS_CENTER|ACS_TRANSPARENT,
0, 11, 161, 35, m_hWnd, (HMENU)IDC_ANIMATE, _Module.GetModuleInstance(), NULL).

I want to create animate control as part of my composite control.

The CreateWindowEx failed, HWND is NULL.

How to correct this problem?

Hi,

Solution is: InitCommonControls() before creating window and
include Comctl32.lib in settings.
