I want to take the Motherboard Serial Numbe.

There is usually a switch in BIOS that tells the computer to return the serial number when requested. In most cases, you can't find it out, so try to get something else, I'd say.

This will get you the hard drive model and serial numbers.
Visit http://vbnet.mvps.org/index.html
Select Search VBNet on the left side
Search on "drive serial" without quotes
Select the following:
DeviceIoControl: Get a SMART Drive Serial Number

Just download Scriptomatic v2 from MS and it has the baseboard class and will script it out for you. Similar to the code in Hans' post's link.
