Ejaz... I though you were in the software industry... Since when have you started interviewing carpenters...
Interesting transition... Perhaps, a result of the advertisements.

Well, the level of quality that I'm getting from some of the other peoples in software industry, that tends me to handover the programming task to the carpenters, I mean, what worst can they do? Worst of all, they won't be able to provide the results and I'll have to do that myself, thats what I'm already doing. Atleast, I could get them fix this other chair, from which my buddy feel off the other day, when he stretched his back, and can make them do some wood work that still needs to be done. I guess I should hire some electricians nad plumbers as well for speed up the quality work.
Why this stupid ad bar never leaves? Its still there

Re: What are you feeling now?
Yesterday was my M.E thesis submission. I was the first person. The external examinor(lady) gone through few slides and told, ur work not upto the PG standard. After gone through all the internal reviews conducted in college for almost one year and working on the project, it was like a blow to me. Within a matter of 10 minutes, she has concluded. Felt as if my one year work has wasted. Felt like fish out of tank. Later found out she told the same to many. Thank God mam atleast gone through some of my slides. For few of others, she told then to show the slide directly to conclusion. Dont know, with 5-10 min, how they are evaluting. Put low marks for all and even gave redo for one of my classmates. This is the first time it happened in the history of the college. We were the so unlucky batch.

Re: What are you feeling now?
Hi Alpha!
How can they test a whole one year's work in 5 - 10 minutes It is ridiculous. What you and all your friends should do is ask for a proper remark, or a proper evaluator, because that person doesn't know what she is doing!

Re: What are you feeling now?
@Hannes: Once marks are put, its final. The external examiner is having the full rights. We cant question her. What to do!! If its the will of God then let it be.
