    **** vb Dll's

    if or when vb7 comes out, do any of you no if it will require the stpupid dll's to run programs made in visual basic?

    You do realize that it is because of those "**** VB Dll's" that VB is what it is, right? If you don't want to require the use of an interpreter, then Java is getting pretty popular. C++ doesn't require them either. And yes, when vb7 comes out in the late summer, i'm sure it will require even more of those **** dlls because of all the new stuff it's going to have - like native XML support for web application.
