I am getting this error while running the setup file created by web setup project in ASP.Net 2003

Error writing to file:
D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\VBInfo1\SetupInfoSys\FinGoods.aspx verify that you have access to that directory

I have administrator rights but i dont know why it is not giving access to directory?

can any one help me
