how does youtube do it? impossible to icrease hits.

out of curiousity i was trying to write some kind of upclicker to increase my guitar clip view counts on youtube. But it seems like its impossible to make youtube increase its view counter. I know even if a hit counts the counter does not get updated until a few hours later. But it seems like its impossible to increase hits with any kind of loop. I tried going through random list of proxies, waiting 3-5 secs before the next request, changing referal and user agent string after each request. Also tried a couple of programs i found online that claimed to do that, but they didnt do anything too.. What can be the problem here?

Maybe you also need to properly download the media content on the page to make it count?
