Debugging not working on client machine
Hello,
I am working on ASP.NET 2.0.
I am using windows IIS server to run the asp.net project.
There is one server machine, where IIS server and asp.net application reside. On this machine debugging is working properly.
There is another machine which we can say a client machine, on which I open my server's asp.net project. Nowon this machine debugging is not working.
If anyone know the answer please help me.
Thank you.

Re: Debugging not working on client machine
Debugging will only work on the localhost - where your IIS hosted app and project is on the same machine.
The simple reason for this is; your aspnet worker process will allow you to attach and debug your code only if it is hosted on the same machine.
And you cannot attach your code to asp.net application which resides on different machine.
For that purpose, you have to do remote debugging.
have a look :

I guess this helps.
