CR VS2010 export to pdf error

I'm using VS 2010 develop a web app and using CR 13 sit on top of VS 2010. The development machine run on Window 7 32 bit. I can export the report to pdf format.

I deploy the system to windows server 2008 32 bit with install CR redistribute 32bit on it, it work ok.

When I try to deploy the system in windows server 2003 32 bit with the same CR redistribute install. It can't export the report to pdf and give me an error win32 unhandle exception.

Any one have idea what the causes? Please help.

UnZip it
Install only ExportModeller.dll

Thanks for the reply. I try the hotfix already but the problem still there...It pop out a box and mention unhandled win32 exception on w3wp.exe. Wanna debug or not. Do you have idea why this happen

Windows 2003 & Crystal Reports, many troubles! It uses to much resources.

Check if the system has all the SP's
Scan the registry
Configure IIS, I remember that configuring IIS in Windows2003 is not very friendly
