How to open file/folder using libharu

Hi Experts, I am working on a project for which I need link in pdf to open file/folder directly. But Libharu only support to create new link annotation for the page and new web link annotation object for the page. Kindly look at the picture. Kindly Help

Did you try using file URI as a prefix?
