    Making an EXE?!?!

    Hi, can anyone tell me how to overcome this scenario?

    I want to make a programme that can make a custom executable file, so that a user can email it. Is this possible?

    I dont think it is Possible cause I have spent a lot of time on it but find nothing, This can be done in VC++ or Delphi etc. If you got the solution then please also tell me
