VB Form Corp

There is a form which has size bigger than screen size so it is getting out of the screen. Don't want to use scroll bars. Now when it is dragged so that the controls which were out of the screen could be seen, it corps. Why? and how form could be stopped doing this. I think there is some property. I had done it in past but now it is not in my mind.

Can any one help and shed some light on it

Maybe the ClipControls property, or the Autoredraw property.
