How do you pass a Command line argument?

Basically I am looking to write a command line argument to start some Java applications. I figure it will be easier in VB than doing the full jar crap in Java. So basically All I need is how to pass an argument to like:

CommandLine:

c:/MiscJavaCodeFolder/java MyJavaApplication

to start the application basically by creating an Exe.

Also, I figure this will leave the command prompt open, is there a way to kill it or set it's property to invis?

In VB you can pass an argument
c:\MyVb.exe param

Command$ will contain your parameter

for example

msgbox Command$

will give you -> "param"
