    Beginner
    1> Teach Yourself C++ - Herbert Schildt (latest edition)
    2> http://www.viet-learn.com/books/prog...c++_21days.htm

    Advanced
    3> The C++ Programming Language - Bjarne Stroustrup (Latest edition)
    4> The C++ Primer - Lippman (Latest edition)
