Higher study
Sir,
I am M.Sc in systems engineering(Pakistan). I want to do MCSE(microsoft certified systems engineering)but lack finance. Are there any scholarships availabe for me to help my cause.

No.
MCSE is not a formal education and can't be compared to a university degree but a title given to you by the Microsoft company. Some of the study material is available online and there are also books available for self-study.
I actually did two MCPs both in first try with self-study but was dissapointed because I think these exams are too MS philosophy oriented (I wouldn't mind the technology relation but some of the topics there are pure marketing propaganda), sometimes demand sensless details but all in all I saw them being done by very theoretical people that don't perform well in practice...
The exams themselves are not all that expensive... I don't know the price but should be somewhere between 100-150$ max. per exam.
