ADO and DATAGRID

Hi,

I am using Access 97 Database and ADO 2.0 with the following string as provider:
connstr = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.3.51;Persist Security Info=False;"

set datagrid1.datasource = rs

It works and it populates the data in Data grid.
But, when I try with ADO 2.5 and provider
connstr = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Persist Security Info=False;" , it is not populating data in the data grid. I found the record set has data. But it is not populating. Can any one suggest in this regard? Thanks in advance,

From my understanding, Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 is the Provider for Access 2000 only. Use Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.3.51 for Access 97.
