IE 6 menu focus changes
Hi there,
After updating my version of IE to 6.0.26.000 I have noticed that every time you start a new window and start typing into the address bar (straightaway) the focus changes automatically from the address bar to the menu system. This has the consequence of running some function which is related to the key you are pressing at the time.
Has anyone else noticed this? Do you know of a way round it? A has anyone complain to MS about it?
Thanks in advance

Hi there,
Thanks for the reply.
Can you try the following for me.
Open IE (for first time) , click straight into the address bar and start typing a url. In my version one of th etop menus will get selected. Does this happen on yours?
What update versions do you have? I have Q316059, Q319182, Q321232 (all can be found in the help->About menu)
