newline character
I am using a function in an automation interface.
The function takes as an argument a string separated with newlines. Since there is no such thing as the "\n" character in VB, I have tried using equivalents, such as vbCrLf , Chr$(13) & Chr$(10), etc. and none of these has worked so far.
Is there something that I can use in Visual Basic that will be recognized as the "\n" character by the interface?

Re: newline character
Try the vbNewLine or the vbCrLf constants, maybe that helps.
(but, if you are passing it to a C dll, maybe you can still use \n in your string)
Crazy D :-)
