    filter property of recordset

    can i get the original copy of recordset if i filter the recordset. and set it to a new one.

    when setting a recordset, you actually set a refference to the recordset. This result in you having an(other) object pointing to the same recordset, having the same properties as the original, including the filter. So if you remove the filter from the recordset, you will have the original recordset.
