That's not true as not every member of CodeGuru can be considered as being a Guru. Actually, very few could be considered as real Gurus.
And there might be other programming sites in which you would have a real and youger Guru...

From which age U had been working?
That's mean age from U had been programming for real programs, not for hobby only.

I started my programmer studies at 20, and my first real program was probably as a trainee while I was 22, and I got a job just before being 25.

That's not true as not every member of CodeGuru can be considered as being a Guru. Actually, very few could be considered as real Gurus.
