I have two issues. First, how might I add file headers to a binary file? I have to write multiple variable lenegth records to a file but I would like to add some header info before that. Secondly, just a small thing but why is the compiled version of my program showing up as myprogram.ex in the Task Manager running processes instead of myprogram.exe? The file name is myprogram.exe.
