How I can temporary change the state on/off of the animated effects of
windows, menu etc (see Property-Screen-Effects)? I have tried with the API function SystemParametersInfo, with SPI_GETANIMATION and SPI_SETANIMATION and
flag SPIF_SENDCHANGE (or SPIF_UPDATEINIFILE) but I do not obtain some
turned out.
