How do I access dbf or ntx files? (I have the same data in both forms).

I have just downloaded DBProject.zip, and will go there next. But if that is not going to do it, I have this question:

I did follow the instructions (in Help and in the MS Programmer's Guide), under Using the Data Grid Control with a Class Module, thru Step 6. Step 7 says to click on DataSourceBehavior, but I can't find it anywhere. What do I do?
