Thumbs up Japanese Profeciency Exam -- 2002

Anybody taking JLPT (Japanese Language Profeciency Test) this December 1, 2002?
Where is your Test Site? And what level are you taking?

Me, Tokyo, Japan. I'm taking Level 3.
Any level 2 or level 1 passer here? I envy you guys.

For those who are taking this exam, wish you luck.
    And wish me luck, too.

    Hi Doc,

I think I did great last Sunday's exam.
Well, most said it is much easier compared to previous exam (2001). But, I did have some trouble in "listening" 2nd part, the one with no picture hints. So, I really did take your advice there. I hope it will work. Let us see when the result will be released this February 2003.
By the way, how/where did you get that idea?

Do you have plan for taking Level2?

    Yoroshiku,

Well, my group adquired the test from 5 years before we make the test (1993-1998) and we made a rude statistics with the correct answers and we noticed that answers #4 and #3 had a higher frequency (more #4 than #3) and answers #2 and #1 had a lower frequency. The bigger difference was in "listening" .

I don't have any plan for level 2, that's very far for me because in my group now we are very few people and we have no teacher. My academy obtains more benefits with lot of new low level pupils than with the few old higher level pupils.

    Good Luck!
