    Automation Error???

    Hi all,

    Just trying out a DX8 tutorial and get an automation error message. The following line of code is highlighted:

    D3DDevice.Present ByVal 0, ByVal 0, 0, ByVal 0

    Any info on how I can resolve this?

    Before trying the tutorials, make sure the pre-compiled VB samples run, otherwise it may be a configuration problem.

    Also posting the EXACT error message yould give us more of a fighting chance in determining the problem
