    Yes. Install optionPack for winnt.

    A colleague once showed that there's an executable in the winnt\system32 directory called inetstp.exe or something like that. Running it should install PWS without having the option pack (mind you I may just be bullshitting you here), but if my memory serves me, it's worth a try.

    In all honesty though, I can't say with 100% surity.
