Who can find this article for me???

I can not find it and all i can find are references, not article.

Interestingly, Drew of fromadia.com also quotes exactly the same source in the same words in his post 'Simple Cryptology from a Simple Cryptologer'.
Which came first, Drew or Ferret? I don't know.

Dont forget libraries at local universities!
I typically spend about one day a month at the university searching through various references that may not be freely available through other channels...
