I sure would like to get a fresh copy of IE 5.5 for Win 95!
My copy has become very nervous and flighty. Like with the Error messages and loading multiple copies and misbehaving generally.
Anyone know where MS might let me download a fresh one? They have TONS of patches, security packs, and up-grade kits and it is a real maze trying to figger out. All I really want is a new start.
Is that too much to ask? I do have a disk but its version 4.0

I know of a site which gives a free operating system which comes with web browser embedded, and will also gas up your car when it needs it, as well as do 65% of the work for your day job (they're working on patches to bring it up to 88% and to consider aiding in part of the night job as well), shine your boss' shoes and brainwash him to guarantee a raise, and beat your friends in checkers every single time. Problem is the site is only up four times a year for 11 minutes each time... once on December 4 and I don't know about the other dates... so if you don't get it the first few times keep trying - it's definitely worth it.
