how can i deploy MSChart and MSFlexGrid activeX control to production web server?

place the CAB files for these controls somewhere on your web server and refer to those files in the CODEBASE attribute of you OBJECT Tags in all HTML pages that use these controls.
(or, as MS suggests: directly point to the download section for the latest versions of the cab files on the MS Site).

how to create the cab file? if using package and deployment wizard, need to specify the vb project.. but somehow i create my application in visual interdev... if there other way round?

you can find the cab files for all OCXs that come with the vb installation on the Installation-CD

do u know what is the address for the site? cause i cant find it... is it restricted to MS customer only?
