    activeX controls

    will there be any alternative way that users can download my own created activeX control(without digital signing and licencing) with a medium security setting and no warning message box prompt out?

    NO ... and with good reason, Active-X contols are privy to the users entire system. With that kind of accessibility, there has to be some sort of accountability.
