Re: Troubles with opening CG forums started Oct 26 2015
Not out of the blue - Heidi found the issue and fixed it just now. An error was introduced this morning when they were fixing the previous problem. D'oh!
We should be good to go now. If not, please post and let us know!!
Sorry everyone.

Just had it again - but this time only the once. A reload showed it OK.

I had the issue this morning. But I'm on my home computer. I went straight to clearing my browsers cache and was then able to get the site to load.

Too bad there isn't a global trigger that forces all internet users to reset their cache.

Re: Troubles with opening CG forums started Oct 26 2015
I'm still getting a css issue occasionally - so I left the Inspect Element window open on CG until it repro'd again...here it is:
Code:
GET /css.php?styleid=11&langid=1&d=xxx&td=ltr&sheet=threadlist.css,forumbits.css,postbit.css,postbit-lite.css,search.css HTTP/1.1

I notice that it's a different css request/url than what was fixed before.

Heidi has been looking into this. It is proving to be more elusive than it should be. This is our only forum with the issue, so she's done a comparisons and other things to try to track this down. Definitely on the radar and getting attention......
Keep commenting about issues though. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, so squeak away!

Arjay's screenshot is consistent with the 500 from post +20. It's happened one other time since, so it doesn't occur nearly as often as before.

Just got a 500. Still seems rare.

This thread started October 27th. I'm being asked if we know when these issues started. Does anyone recall the issues happening before October?

I'd look at the changes made for a week or so before the 27th. Hopefully, you track this in source control.
