    Encode and decode to binary file

    Hi
    I need a program
    that doing the following:
    Taking an ini file and encode it to binary file.
    Then I want to read the binary file values (decode ) back to my values.

    I need a car, perhaps a Ferrari that does the following:
    Goes from 0 to 60mph in 3 seconds.
    I also want it to be blood red!

    Please do not start more than one thread on the same question. No one is going to write your program for you. We will answer questions but you must show us that you are putting forth some effort yourself.
